I will constantly keep you appraised of progress and achievement as well as deviations and any corrective action that is required. I will use my professional skills and style of management to work tirelessly to achieve your goals and achieve total client satisfaction.
Development and project management are my core services but as you will see later I can provide a range of other services including contract administration and acting as CDM Principal Designer. I can also assist in the preparation of business cases, provide support in the purchase of property's as well as assist with rent or lease negotiations. I also provide facilities management / commercial managing agent services at a number of sites as well as undertake lease negotiations for tenants.
