I believe that your project should be kept as simple and straightforward as possible, regardless of how complex the task may seem. I understand that this may be your first property development and I want you to have as much or little involvement as you require but at all times give you the comfort and assurance that your project is in safe hands with me. I have a solid reputation for delivering complex projects with an eye for detail and meticulous planning.

I will develop and agree with you a clear and coherent project plan, I will then assemble and manage the project team and at the same time work closely with user groups and stakeholders. I will assist with any site purchase as well as liaise with any funders and solicitors. I will use my extensive experience to offer pragmatic advice on procurement, budget, strategy and programme so that informed decisions can be made. I will constantly keep you appraised of progress and achievement as well as deviations and any corrective action that is required. I will use my professional skills and style of management to work tirelessly to achieve your goals and achieve total client satisfaction.

Development and project management are my core services but as you will see later I can provide a range of other services including contract administration and acting as CDM Principal Designer. I can also assist in the preparation of business cases, provide support in the purchase of property's as well as assist with rent or lease negotiations. I also provide facilities management / commercial managing agent services at a number of sites as well as undertake lease negotiations for tenants.

If required, I can provide a complete turn key service using Architects and Engineers that I have worked with many times before.
